United Way Area Agency on Aging will continue providing services to seniors in Jefferson County during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff members are working remotely and will continue to monitor our 1-800-AGE-LINE for requests and will follow up with seniors and their caregivers who are currently receiving services. We are coordinating closely with Jefferson County Senior Centers and United Way Meals on Wheels, which needs volunteers to call and check on seniors twice a week .
